Elizabeth King is a Climenko Fellow and Corporate Governance Fellow at Harvard Law School. In July 2025, she will join the faculty of Boston University School of Law as an Associate Professor. Her research examines the intersection of corporate governance, corporate finance, and nonprofit law, with current projects focused on municipal debt and the healthcare sector. Her scholarship has been published in the Yale Law & Policy Review and the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law.
Prior to entering academia, Elizabeth practiced corporate law at Ropes & Gray and Davis Polk & Wardwell. She holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and an A.B. in Government from Dartmouth College.
