Andy Yuan

Andy Yuan is an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He is a legal scholar and economist whose work specializes in data-driven empirical research at the intersection of law, economics, and health policy. His current research focuses on issues of inequality and efficiency in the healthcare system. His work has been published or is forthcoming in leading peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Law, Economics and Organization and the American Journal of Epidemiology. He teaches Torts, Health Law, and a seminar on Law, Economics, and Medicine. He received his JD and PhD in economics from the University of Arizona. Before joining the Florida law faculty, he was a postdoctoral fellow at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
