David Cohen is a professor of law at Drexel University’s Kline School of Law where he teaches constitutional law, reproductive rights, and sex discrimination and the law. He is the co-author of two books on abortion: Obstacle Course: The Everyday Struggle to Get an Abortion in America (with Carole Joffe) (California 2020) and Living in the Crosshairs: The Untold Stories of Anti-Abortion Terrorism (with Krysten Connon) (Oxford 2015) and has a new book with Carole Joffe coming out next year with Beacon Press, After Dobbs: How the Supreme Court Ended Roe but Not Abortion. He also litigates cases representing abortion clinics with the Women’s Law Project.
