Grace Wankiiri Orsatti

Grace Wankiiri Orsatti is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Legal Education at the Thomas R. Kline School of Duquesne University and holds a dual appointment as a Lecturer at the Duquesne University School of Osteopathic Medicine. Her teaching and scholarship operate at the intersection of law, health, and bioethics, with a particular focus on incapacity and disability planning. Her current research explores legal and ethical aspects of healthcare decision-making, with a particular focus on older adults, alternatives to guardianship, and health equity. Her work has been published most recently in The Hill, Northeastern Law Review, and the Journal of Law Medicine and Ethics.  She received her J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School Law and is pursuing a Master of Science in Bioethics at Harvard Medical School.
