Jean C. O’Connor

Jean O’Connor, JD, DrPH, FACHE is a public health lawyer with over 25 years of experience in public health practice, consulting, and healthcare. Dr. O’Connor is the leader for the Health Sector at Econometrica where she works with governments and organizations to improve the health of populations. She combines her expertise in public health policy and leadership, implementation science, consulting, and evaluation to develop and implement effective and sustainable solutions for complex health challenges for agencies like CDC, CMS, and AHRQ. Dr. O’Connor is also a part-time professor at the University of Georgia and an adjunct professor at Emory University, where she teaches and mentors students in health policy and leadership. She is a member of the Bar in Georgia and a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. She earned her JD and MPH at Emory in 2001 and her DrPH from UNC Chapel Hill in 2009.
