Mark Hall is the Fred and Elizabeth Turnage Professor of Law and Public Health at Wake Forest University. The author or editor of twenty books, including Health Care Law and Ethics (Aspen), he is currently engaged in research in the areas of commercialization of health services, access to care by the uninsured, and malpractice liability. Prof. Hall is an elected member of the National Academy of Medicine, and he is the lead reporter for the American Law Institute’s Restatement of Medical Malpractice law.
