Megan S. Wright, JD, PhD is a Professor of Law, Medicine, Sociology, and Bioethics at the Pennsylvania State University; Adjunct Assistant Professor of Medical Ethics in Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine; and Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. Her research focuses on medical decision-making law and ethics, human subjects research regulation and ethics, public health law and ethics, sociology of law, and empirical legal studies. She teaches Torts, Health Law, Public Health Law, and Bioethics and Law. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School and her Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology from the University of Arizona.
