Rachel Beth Cohen is a Faculty Fellow at New England Law | Boston. Her scholarship focuses on reproductive justice, the regulation of emerging health technologies, and the ethical boundaries of medical education. Her recent work includes a published article in the Maine Law Review on unconsented educational pelvic exams and ongoing projects examining physician fiduciary duties, IVF regulation, patient data use, and bias in contraceptive counseling.
