Rachel Landauer (she/her) is a Clinical Instructor at the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation of Harvard Law School. Her practice and related research focus on health care regulatory lawyering and compliance counseling. She is particularly interested in how compliance intersects with issues of health care access and equity. Rachel’s scholarship has been published in the Journal of Law, Medicine & Ethics, the New England Journal of Medicine, and elsewhere, and she has authored numerous reports, policy briefs, and compliance resources.
Rachel has a JD and MPH from UCLA.
