Rebekah Ninan is a litigation associate at Burns Charest, where she represents plaintiffs in antitrust, consumer protection, and mass torts matters. Ms. Ninan researches and writes about health law, torts and civil procedure. Her work has been published or is forthcoming in the Texas Law Review, Minnesota Law Review Headnotes, the Journal of the American Medical Association, and the Petrie Flom Bill of Health. Ms. Ninan is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School.
