Sam Halabi

Georgetown University

Sam Halabi is a Professor at the Georgetown University School of Health and the Director of the Center for Transformational Health Law at Georgetown’s O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law. His research explores One Health approaches to pandemic preparedness and prevention and he leads the Global Health Security Agenda Legal Preparedness Action Package alongside the Ministry of Health of Argentina and the US Government. He is a member of the World Health Organization’s Working Group on Regulatory Approaches to AI and Health. His research on the law of companies and corporations has been cited by both federal and state courts in the U.S.
