Yiran Zhang is an Assistant Professor of Labor and Employment Law at Cornell University Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) School and an Associate Member of Cornell Law School. Her research focuses on care work and the law in a range of contexts, including Medicaid home care and subsidized childcare programs, gender and the boundary of work law, and informal labor migration in Asia. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Boston University Law Review, Indiana Law Journal, Stanford Law & Policy Review, Cornell Journal of International Law, and Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. She has received an S.J.D. and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and an LL.B. from Tsinghua University.
