Yvonne (“Yvette”) Lindgren is an Associate Professor of Law at UMKC School of Law, and a Visiting Professor at U.C. College of the Law, San Francisco during the 2023-24 academic year. She researches and writes in reproductive rights and justice, constitutional law, family law, and health law policy. Her most recent publications appear in Cornell Law Review, Washington University Law Review, North Carolina Law Review, Utah Law Review, and Alabama Law Review. She was co-executive editor of the first-edition casebook, Cases on Reproductive Rights and Justice, co-authored by Melissa Murray and Kristin Luker, published in spring 2015. She serves on the advisory committees of The Period Pill Project and Berkeley Law’s Center on Reproductive Rights & Justice. Professor Lindgren earned her LL.M. and J.S.D. from U.C. Berkeley School of Law, her J.D. from U.C. College of the Law, San Francisco, and her B.A. from U.C.L.A. She served as a two-year post-doctoral fellow at Berkeley Law’s Center on Reproductive Rights & Justice.
