Magdalena Greco is a third (and last) year PhD student in Legal Studies at Bocconi University, (curriculum International and European Law). She works on the interface between international intellectual property law and access to medicines.
She is currently Fellow with the Global Access in Action project of the Berkman Klein Center at Harvard University.
She attended the course “Patent Law and Global Public Health” organized by WIPO and HLS. She consequently became Trainer of the same course in March 2025.
From February till the end of July 2024 she has been traveling between Milan and Geneva, working as an Intern at the Intellectual Property, Government Procurement and Competition Division of the WTO.
Magdalena presented in national and international conferences, including ATRIP, EPIP, IPRE, and at the 15th World Conference Science For Peace and Health.
She lectured at the University of Milan, the University of Pavia (Almo Collegio Borromeo), and in the Advanced Trade Policy Course at the WTO.
She graduated cum laude both in Law and in International Studies and European Institutions (University of Milan). She won scholarships to do research at the University of Groningen, and to study at Université Jean Moulin Lyon III and Sciences Po Lyon.
