Margaret H. Zhang

Rutgers Law School

Margaret H. Zhang is in transition from Rutgers Law School, where she was a Visiting Assistant Professor and Equity & Inclusion Fellow, to Widener University Delaware Law School, where she will be an Assistant Professor beginning fall 2024. Her research explores issues at the intersection of reproductive justice and environmental justice, particularly those related to pregnancy, lactation, and the workplace. Her most recent published work, Pregnant Workers and the Climate Crisis, explores the intersection of the climate crisis, pregnancy, and work.

Margaret earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in piano performance from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
